Abstract

The present publication is a review of the book “Nikolai Medtner. Unforgotten Melodies” (ed.-in-chief — E. B. Dolinskaya; ed. by E. B. Dolinskaya, M. G. Valitova; Moscow: Moscow Conservatory, 2021), dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the composer’s birth. The authors propose to get acquainted with a detailed overview of the content of the issue, the main topics of its sections and the problematics of its materials. The publication allows us to create a multifaceted image of an amazing musician, infinitely devoted to the high ideals of art.
