Nina Afonina — Associate Professor, PhD.
Education: Musical College Rimsky-Korsakov (1968), Leningrad State Conservatory. Rimsky-Korsakov (1973), postgraduate studies of the Leningrad State Conservatory Rimsky-Korsakov, the class of Professor, Doctor of Arts Ruchevskaya Ekaterina (1976).
In 1983 she defended dissertation for the degree of candidate of art: "Metric variability, its formative and expressive value (based on classical and contemporary music)", scientific adviser–Professor, Doctor of Arts Ekaterina Ruchevskaya.
Work: at the Leningrad Music College Rimsky-Korsakov (since 1975), at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory Rimsky-Korsakov (1976 by now).
